Refund policy

For Alteration Service, Sewing Classes & Physical Products

Refund policy subjected to case by case basis with administration fee charges. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@alfyaatelier.sg with the reason(s). If your return is accepted, you can ship the items back to us or head down to our studio to drop off your online return. Shipping and return costs will be covered by you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (Alfya tailoring, alteration and embroidery orders). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
